Description:
The Corporation of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc is calling for complete tenders from qualified bidders to provide all labour, equipment and materials to replace the existing Carrier, 15 Ton, 480,000 BTU natural gas RTU #2 at the Caradoc Community Centre. The scope includes the removal and disposal of the existing unit, installation of a new unit of equal or superior specifications, inspection and potential replacement of ductwork and curbing. Current VAV units to shall be replaced with equal or superior quality for the separate spaces within the facility. These zoning units are currently supplied by the existing unit to be replaced, and must be installed to current standards with potential for future remote capabilities. Contractor must ensure proper system balancing for optimal performance. Connection to existing zoning units utilizing the new BAS should be provide as an option. All electrical alteration provisions must be included, including any, and all associated fees. 75F Building Automation System shall be utilized for the control system upgrades.
