- The Capstone Area Redevelopment Plan was previously a primarily light industrial / commercial area in the southwestern sector of the Greater Downtown Area. The area includes the site of the former City Public Works Yards, and Cronquist Business Park. The 37-hectare plan area is defined by the Red Deer River on the west, Taylor Drive on the north and east and the West Park neighbourhood on the south.
Green Spine Park Phase 1 was completed several years ago with most of the grading, topsoil, seeding, asphalt trails, and some landscaping components completed. The City is now looking to complete Green Spine Park Phase 2, the second phase of a three-phase park build out to construct the civil, electrical, structural, and landscaping items identified in the RFQ document. - Documents:
