Description : The University of Alberta (“University”) is inviting Responses from Respondents providing experienced project management personnel to support capital related projects in our Project Management Office, Support & Recreation Services division of the Facilities and Operations portfolio. The University intends to select up to six (6) Contractors arising out of this RFPQ for placement on a Pre-Qualified List (PQL) for Project Management Services for short term and longer term project assignments. Project assignments may include support for student residences, academic buildings, research & lab facilities, amenity buildings, office renewals, tenant fit-outs, mechanical/electrical renovation projects, specialized buildings of various sizes and complexity and other unique work (e.g. specialty consulting, engineering studies etc.).
