Description:
The City of Grand Forks invites Proposals from qualified Contractors to construct the Civil Works Phase noted as the Excavations, Backfill and Restorations as required to install various conduits for both Primary & Secondary Systems, 832 Primary Vaults, Single Phase Transformer Concrete Pyramid Pads,and Associated Ground Grids as per the Valley Heights Electrical Distribution System Rebuild Project Details/Drawings. Interested Proponents must submit, by email, the Registration Letter (Schedule A) to projects@grandforks.ca to receive a link to Reference Material and the invitation to a MandatoryProponents' meeting. To avoid excluding interested Proponents who failed to register but are in attendance at the meeting, the deadline for Registering will be 15 minutes after the end of the Mandatory Proponents' meeting which is scheduled from 1:00pm PDT on April 15th 2025. However, Proponents areencouraged to register as early as possible to ensure an invitation is received to the meeting and to gain early access to essential Reference Material. Registrations received after the deadline will not be accepted and will result in disqualification from the RFPprocess.
