Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than pc.soumissionsest-bidseast.pc@canada.ca may not be accepted.The maximum email file size that Parks Canada is capable of receiving is 25 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size. Emails with links to bid documents will not be accepted. Bid documents must be sent as email attachments. REQUIREMENT The work will be carried out within the Cape Spear National Historic Site in St. John-s NL. It includes the removal and disposal of an existing septic system disposal field and replacement with a new raised bed disposal field complete with a new effluent pump system. More specifically the project will include:New septic field in the same location as the existing field New dosing system to control flow into the field Removal of existing septic system, including excavation of dosing chambers and removal of mechanical components and disposal fields Curb and gutter along the north and east of the existing visitor parking lot to convey waterflow away from the septic field French drain to intercept groundwater flow Raising the field to match the grade of ...
