Description:
Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for a roof replacement tender. The work will include for the removal of approximately 16,350 ft2 (1,519 m2) of existing metal roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin upon award; the completion date is November 28, 2025. A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10:00AM on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to reschedule the time and date of the review. For questions, contact engineering@rmiseng.ca. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Contractors are not to attend RMIS Engineering offices at this time. All bids and amendments must be received by email to engineering@rmiseng.ca prior to 2:00 PM Local Time, Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Bids turned in after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately. RMIS cannot accept emails larger than 20MB in size. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the bid has been received. If necessary, send documents through a Dropbox link, or other comparable service. RMIS and Good Spirit School Division reserves the right to request additional information. RMIS and Good Spirit School Division will also verify original copies of documents with the successful proponents prior to confirming award.
