Tender are invited for Camrose Area - Specialized Maintenance Service Agreement
Project Description : AEP, Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch, owns and operates various types of complex water management projects, throughout Central Alberta that include high consequence embankment dams, multi-use pumping projects, water retention control outlet structures as well as water conveyance projects. These projects cover a wide geographical area in Central Alberta and are operated and maintained to provide important municipal water supply, mitigate flooding and drought, and provide agricultural back-flooding for local producers. The systems must be maintained, operated, and monitored to a high standard with efficient delivery of discretionary, high priority maintenance and repair functions. Water Infrastructure and Operations Branch (WIOB) requires a general contractor that can deliver a wide array of specialized maintenance services, labour, and equipment in a timely manner, to meet some of the complex operational and maintenance requirements of these diverse water management projects.These activities could include, but are not limited to:• Provide responsive maintenance services to address and reduce risks associated with high consequence dams, canals, and outlet structures.
