Project Description : The Campus Master Plan considers the physical resources of the campus and is a response to the Academic programs, student, faculty, and administration needs, the relationship to the community and the environment, functional relationships and transportation systems, land use/ Facility use, architectural form and character, Urban Design & landscape development, Wayfinding, and other supporting requirements. The competitive selection process includes two stages: the RFEOI/SOQ stage; and the shortlist to participate in a Negotiated Request for Proposal (“NRFEOI/SOQ”) stage.
