Description:
The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.
Add Air Conditioning (AC) to 5 existing rooftop units, replacement may be required if AC is not possible or due to the age of the existing units. Roof top Solar - 45KW. Solar design to be considered on either the existing school or on the addition.Removal of portables and porta-pack. Plan for removal of all; however, this may change due to increasing enrolment. Improved/expanded parking area, bus lane, parent drop off.Relocation of soccer field and play areas. Tree clearing will be required to accommodate the relocation.
