Description:
The Board is seeking the services of a pre-qualified Architectural Firm to provide architectural and consulting services including Design Development, assistance with Contract Documents & Tender development, and Construction & Contract Administration for the renovations as further specified herein.
The Successful Bidder will be required to design and administer the construction of the following scope.

Replace 3 aged roof top units.Integrate air conditioning/cooling into existing HVAC system. All new equipment to be integrated into existing building automation system.To offset AC utilities cost, design approximately a 48 KW Net Metering DC Solar PV Array.Consultant to review Electrical Loading to validate if upgrade of Primary feed is necessitated. If required, supply estimate for scope and subsequent budget change.Expand existing fenced portable area and granular pad.Provide infrastructure and connections for 1 new portable classroom. Portable classroom to be operational by August 22, 2025. Consultant to produce Class D and B estimates.
