- ObjectBDC invites suppliers offering survey data collection goods and services, and related goods and services (hereinafter referred to as "services"), to submit a bid for certain recurring and one-time assignments.At the end of this call for tenders, BDC wishes to enter into a service agreement (also referred to as the "contract" herein) for a term of six (6) years, with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of BDC.Mandatory requirements EO.001 The Bidder must confirm that it has a place of business in Canada or Europe and that it has an establishment where it conducts its activities and where the persons authorized to represent it are located, as well as the resources necessary to carry out its activities.EO.002 The Bidder must confirm that it is able to program survey questionnaires in both of Canada's official languages (English and French) and to perform quality control in both languages.EO.003 The Bidder must confirm that it has been providing programming and data collection services for online surveys for at least three (3) years.EO.004 The Bidder must confirm that it is able to conduct online surveys with 3,000 B2B respondents (as defined in Section 7 of Appendix A of the Document) in a single survey. The Bidder may use an external panel partner to conduct the surveys with this target audience.
