ContextThe APM is looking for an actuary firm to act as an advisor, in accordance with the obligations imposed on it with regard to: The APM and consultation for retirement plans; Group insurance specific to the APM; There overall compensation. Summary of Required Services: Employees Annual statement of pension plans (approximately 150 employees); On request, calculation of benefits for future retirees (average of 10 / year) b.Retirees Annual indexation of pensions (around 300 retirees); Annual statement. c) APM Actuarial (accounting) valuation: Pension plan; Group insurance; Others. Actuarial (statutory) valuation: Reports and forms to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI); Support, advice and coordination during the renewal of insurance contracts; Overall compensation advisory service Any other support and advice required by the APM such as: - Investment policy; - Pension plan governance
