Call for Interest for Exhibitions/Businesses at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal The Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal, a site managed by the Montreal Port Authority (hereinafter the MPA), is seeking a commercial tenant to operate a rental space for exhibitions, interactive experiences, or other recreational and tourist activities. The MPA wishes to lease the premises in front of the Grand Quay (formerly the Port Interpretation Centre - a free museum that has hosted the interactive and fun exhibition "A bon port!" for the past 6 years). We are looking for a non-competing commercial partner that complements our activities. The partner must offer a different and original offering with strong traffic and revenue potential. The MPA is considering temporary exhibitions, unique interactive experiences, a Canadian art gallery, or a recreational and tourist activity.
