- The City of Calgary requires the services of up to four (4) experienced and qualified engineering consulting firms to provide services on an as needed basis for modifications and upgrades of existing Light Rail Transit (LRT) Overhead Catenary System, as well as on-site technical support to the maintenance and repair of substation work. This RFSO will provide The City with the ability to obtain timely and efficient consultant assistance to supplement The City-s design and maintenance forces.
