Description : Calgary Transit has discovered degradation of foam seat inserts on the older buses within its fleet. There are one hundred and fourteen (114) 40- buses (39 seats per bus) and sixty-three (63) 60- buses (57 seats per bus). The benefits of replacing fabric seat inserts with fiberglass inserts includes easier to clean seats, elimination of drying time for cloth seats, and the ability for customers to see that seats are clean. The City of Calgary (The City), is working hard to keep their customers who use Calgary Transit as safe as possible with continued cleaning and disinfection of their Transit fleet. - Documents:
