Project Description : The Calgary Talent Subsector Study will be essential to understanding the skills and qualifications required across the Key Sectors in Calgary (Aerospace, Agribusiness, Energy & Environment, Film & Television, Financial Services, Digital Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences, and Transportation & Logistics) in the coming years. The information collected and analyzed in this study will support CED and various community stakeholders in their ongoing talent development strategies and will help to ensure Calgary has the pool of talent need to compete globally. Firms will be asked to develop a report that address:• Employment demand forecast• Skills demand forecast • Gap analysis Methodologies are encouraged to be creative and innovative while demonstrating reasonable data fidelity.
