Tender are invited for Calgary Awards Vignette Producer
Project Description : The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to produce up to fifteen (15) vignettes (90-180 second per video) each year to highlight the achievements of the annual Calgary Awards recipients.The Supplier will be responsible for the pre-production, production, and delivery of up to fifteen (15) vignettes according to the timelines established by The City Clerk-s Office. These timelines may vary each year. The estimated timelines will be a five (5) to eight (8) week period between March and June each year.Vignettes are short video profiles of recipients, highlighting the background and worthy achievements that contributed to them being selected for a Calgary Award. The vignettes may be interview style and include visual highlights and may require filming at multiple locations.The final vignettes will be screened at the annual Calgary Awards presentation event and posted on various social media platforms and The City-s website.
