Tender are invited for CALGARY AWARDS VIGNETTE PRODUCER
Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors; 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to produce up to fifteen (15) vignettes (90-180 second per video) each year to highlight the achievements of the annual Calgary Awards recipients; 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations; and 4. The City intends to enter one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year.The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed four (4) times for one (1) year each time. The total potential Term is five (5) years.
