- This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the replacement of the Two main Air Handling units at the Cairnsmore Place Respite Care Facility located at 250 Cairnsmore St, Duncan, BC V9L 4H2 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of existing Air handling Units. Island Health prefers a Ready-for-Takeover date of December 2025.
