Description: Scope of Work: 1. the Process to Develop the Fire Master Plan and Community Risk Assessment Must be Open and Meaningful. 2. Ensure the Consultation Includes a Ground up Approach Using a Variety of Internal Surveys and Discussion Groups to Actively Include Volunteers and Full-Time Staff of the Fire Department. 3. Allows Input from other Municipal Stakeholder Staff as Appropriate Including, but not Limited, to Information Technology, Public Works, Communication, Finance and the Chief Administration Officer. 4. Considers the Corporate Direction, Strategic Objectives, and Input from Council and Senior Management. 5. Captures Community Input and Incudes Specific Stakeholder Groups from Various Economic and Demographic Sectors. 6. Supports the Pillars of the Strategic Plan for the Town for Cobourg. Following the Conclusion of the Community Risk Assessment, the Town of Cobourg Expects at Minimum the Following Deliverables in a Document Separate from the Master Fire Plan: 1. an Analysis of the Mandatory Profiles Required as Per Schedule 1 of O. Reg. 378/18: Community Risk Assessments Including: A. Geographic Profile B. Building Stock Profile C. Critical Infrastructure Profile D. Demographic Profile E. Hazard Profile F. Public Safety Response Profile G. Community Services Profile H. Economic Profile I.
