Scope of Work
The work under this contract generally consists of the removal of sediment from the C-4 stormwater management facility (SWMF) located at approximately 500 Lakeview Drive as part of the Alder Grange on the Thames Subdivision in Woodstock.
Without limiting the scope of the contract, the work generally includes:
Implementation of appropriate erosion and sediment controls around the facilityDewatering of the C-4 SWMFRemoval and disposal of sediment from C-4 SWMFRemoval and disposal of Phragmites impacted soil surrounding the perimeter of C-4 SWMFReplacement of outlet structure gravel jack Replacement of rip rap at the inlet and outlet plunge pool (provisional) Regrading and restoration of the landscaping disturbed by sediment removal activitiesAddition of a connecting trail on the east side of the facilitySupply and installation of safety signs around the facility/structuresRestoration and cleanup workThis work is essential to ensure the City-s infrastructure and facilities remain safe, in a state of good repair and able to meet the City-s needs.
