• Tender are invited for BW5K42 SJ Law Courts - Harmonic Filters
  
  Tender Details SCOPE
  This Invitation to Tender consists of the Supply and set up, but not limited to, manufacturing, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning and start up for low voltage active harmonic filters on behalf of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.
  
  SPECIFICATIONS
  Please refer to the attached document.
  
  WARRANTY
  Please refer to Section 1.7 in the attached specifications.
  
  SUBMITTALS
  Prior to the award of this contract, the lowest compliant bidder will be contacted to submit documentation as per Section 1.4 and 1.5 in the attached specifications.
  
  DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING
  Deliver materials to the site in supplier's or manufacturer's original wrappings and containers, labeled with supplier's or manufacturer's name, material or product brand name, and lot number, if any. There is no temporary storage of the unit, it shall be delivered when ready to be installed in place. Successful bidder shall provide two weeks' notice to DTI to coordinate the installation by others.
  
  Store materials in their original, undamaged packages and containers, inside a well-ventilated area protected from weather, moisture, soiling, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
  
  Expected delivery from the manufacturer of equipment shall be not greater than 20 weeks from
  award.
  
  INSTALLATION (by Owner)
  The installation of the low voltage active harmonic filters and external current transformers shall not form part of this contract. The owner will hire a 3rd party independent electrical contractor to perform the work.
  
  The successful bidder shall be responsible to coordinate deliveries and provide all necessary documentation and technical support to the electrical contractor as required for the installation.
