Description:
The Alberta School of Business (the School) appointed a new dean in April 2023. The faculty is eager to create a new, data-driven strategic purpose/vision alongside a strong values and mission set that informs the school-s day-to-day and long-term development. The School is at an important juncture: to continue to build on its reputation as a leading business school, it is critical to share our story in a compelling way and integrate it into the way we hire, recruit new students, engage with alumni and achieve fund-raising success with our donors. We believe that a collaborative approach involving all stakeholder groups that the school has relationships with can help us achieve the next decade of intention and sparkle for the faculty to thrive. The School is seeking a firm that can lead a comprehensive research process, through surveys, workshops and engagement sessions, on-location visits and internal and external interviews with identified stakeholder groups to identify where the school is today and inform how it needs to be responding to emerging needs in society. Through this data, the firm will assist the School with the creation of a bold, new story/brand that can be integrated across all facets of the School and be the source that will govern our behaviour into the future.
