Description:
The focus of this RFP is on the BCP application. The detailed requirements are outlined in the “Business Requirements” tab of the Proponent Response Workbook - Schedule D.The desired features include (however, not limited to):• Solution must be based on a self-service model which allows the Risk Management team the ability to manage their own environment and ensure their standards are always adhered to.• Risk Management functionality required:o Risk Assessment Methodology and Process,o Business Impact Analysis Methodology and Process embedded in back-end system algo-rhythms. This includes the raw risk, residual risk, final risk values based on understood measures employed already. Also includes mapping of upstream and downstream dependencies, RTOs, RPOs, Impact Criteria broken out into timeframes and IT application alignment with standardized nomenclature adopted.• Solution must be able to accommodate the complexities of post-secondary environments.• Integration with current UCalgary applications (PeopleSoft, Active Directory, ServiceNow, EntraID SSO)• While integrations with downstream applications and services are not in scope at this time, the solution will have this capability.
