PRE-QUALIFICATION
Only the following Pre-qualified General Contractors - RFQ# 48-02-24 will be invited to tender thisProject.

An optional site tour has been arranged to begin at 09:30 AM on January 16, 2025 at the site, 6501 DeerLake Avenue in Burnaby, BC to visit and examine the works. The Prequalified General Contractors or theiragents shall meet at the Burnaby Heritage Museum Administrative Building entrance located at 6501 DeerLake Avenue and register their presence with the Consultant at the site tour stating the name of the contractorthey represent.
Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond duly executed with the name of the Project and the Ownerin the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Total Tender Price.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system. Hardcopysubmissions not permitted.
Tenderers are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the tender submission isRECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a tender submission is submitted, as transmissioncan be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc....
