Description : The Owner invites tenders for: Construction of the Burnaby Fleet EV Charging Station Parking Lot. This Contract includes demolition of the existing parking lot, associated supply and installation of EV chargers, lighting, communication gateways, and a solar canopy. The Work includes all civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical installations specified in the Contract specifications and Drawings. Works include: · 3,330m2 of asphalt paving, 220m of concrete curb and gutter; · 92m of 250mm PVC storm sewer, 70m of 150mm CB lead; · 6 catch basins, 2 manholes; · 210m of perimeter fencing; · 56 EV charging stations ; and · 1 solar canopy Only the following Pre-Qualified General Contractors will be invited to tender this project: 1.
