Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower BidComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: Buoy Mountable UV-Visible SpectrometerN6630P Spectrometer, N6635F Spectrometer, N6635A Analyzers, Particle Size, N6630A AnalyzersEnvironment and Climate Change Canada requires the supply and delivery of two (2) autonomous, buoy mountable UV-Visible spectrometers for deployment at various study sites (freshwater and/or seawater).The intention of Canada is to award one contract to meet this requirement. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory financial evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.Some of the criteria include:a. The unit must be capable of complete immersion in fresh waterb. Must use UV-Visible light range of at least 190 750 nmc.
