Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) AND PREQUALIFICATION EOI NUMBER: 251 CLOSING DATE: May 03, 2021 3:00 P.M. TORONTO TIME BUILDING ENVELOPE CONTRACTOR SERVICES PRE-QUALIFICATION AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) is a non-share capital corporation without share capital. Among its responsibilities are the management, operation and maintenance of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The GTAA is looking to pre-qualify Building Envelope Contractors who are experienced and capable of providing the necessary services as required by the GTAA Airport Development and Construction department on an “as needed” and “as requested” basis under pre-determined Terms & Conditions as set forth in Appendix B. There are 278 distinct buildings on Airport property that require continuous monitoring, maintenance, and periodic replacement of the roofing systems. Individual projects can range in size from emergency repair to full replacement.
