RRC Polytech is seeking proposals from experienced Building Envelope Consultants specializing in large institutional roofing systems. The selected consultant will conduct a thorough assessment of existing roof conditions across all campuses, perform detailed data collection, establish a centralizedroof maintenance database, and develop a plan for the next few years. The evaluation should incorporate lifecycle cost analysis, sustainable repair/replacement options, and long-term asset management strategies to optimize performance and fiscal responsibility. Recommendations should considerenergy-efficient materials and systems to support RRC Polytech's sustainability goals. Proposals must demonstrate familiarity with current building codes, industry standards, and best practices in roof envelope management. Collaborating with the college's Project Manager throughout the various projectsis necessary to ensure compliance with all requirements and standards. Stakeholders will value transparency in project updates, timelines, and deliverables, and the ability to adapt plans based on unforeseen conditions as they arise is crucial.
