Description of Services Required
The contract is to include, but is not limited to services such as:
1. Grass/weed cutting services;
2. Removal of unsafe trees and overgrowth;
3. Removal of debris from properties (branches/twigs, garbage, etc.);
4. De-clutter small and large amounts of various waste;
5. Demolition services for derelict outbuildings, small garages, sheds and subsequent site clean-up;
6. Repairing/constructing exterior of buildings, such as decks, garages, foundations, and siding;
7. Repairing interior of buildings, such as floors, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, and walls;
8. Perimeter fencing services for safety reasons;
9. Shoring up of structures/buildings (as per supplied engineer-s drawings);
10. Repairing/remediating building maintenance issues related to health and safety;
11. Boarding-up of vacant buildings (including erecting painted window and door panels for securement, safety and aesthetic reasons).
The supplier shall furnish all staffing, labour, equipment, transportation, gasoline, travel time, storage, etc., and any other incidentals.
