Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals for the supply, implementation and ongoing annual subscription plus support for a package of municipal budgeting software, to support the District-s ongoing and annual budgeting processes. The software and services sought through this RFP will be provided in two phases as follows:PHASETIMELINE / TERM REQUIREMENT:Phase 1: Software Configuration, Migration, Implementation & Training (to ‘Go-Live-)Shall commence January 24, 2025
‘Go-Live- of Software must be achieved no later than May 31, 2025Phase 2: Ongoing Software Subscription & Support5-Year Term, commencing from Go-Live.
