Description : Construction of a new 228.5m2, 1-storey canteen and washroom/changeroom facility including washroom stalls, a universal washroom, change room stalls, exterior showers and wudu wash stations, canteen and approximately 213m2 wood deck, as per tender drawings and specifications. The project area will abut an ongoing shoreline and each rehabilitation project area. The successful Bidder will be expected to mobilize immediately upon Award. The intent is to have the building watertight before the winter season. Winter conditions are expected during construction.
