Description : This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by the Municipality of the County of Annapolis (The Municipality) for the submission of bids by qualified contractors to provide barrier-free access to the recently completed washroom/canteen facility at the Bridgetown Sports Hub. The project will include all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. It is imperative that this project is completed by a deadline of November 14, 2023. A mandatory site visit will be provided to prospective bidders to ensure all parties are aware of the details and services expected of them. The bidder must be in attendance for the entire duration of the site visit, late arrival and early departures will not be allowed and will result in ineligibility to bid. A signin sheet will require mandatory sign in and will be provided at the commencement of site visit. Once the site visit has officially started, as noted by the onsite lead, attendees will not be allowed to sign-in. The lead will indicate when the site visit has officially ended; any early departure will be noted on the sign-in sheet.
