Description:
This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-T-149 Bridge Street Landfill - Drop-off Depot Retaining Wall Construction, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The Regional Municipality of Niagara (herein after referred to as the Region or the Owner) wishes to obtain a qualified contractor to construct a concrete retaining wall on the east side of the residential drop-off depot at Bridge Street Landfill in Fort Erie, as outlined in the below specifications and attached appendix. This work will include, but not limited to, removal of existing blocks, granular compaction, footing installation, and construction of a concrete retaining wall. The total cost is to be inclusive of any and all costs related to labour, materials, and any other expenses.
The work shall be completed within four (4) weeks of mobilization and be completed no later than October 31st, 2025 with one (1) year warranty.
Bridge Street Landfill is located at 1300 Bridge Street, Fort Erie, Ontario, L2A 5M4
This RFT is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2024-RFSQ-203 specifically Category 5.
