- The Municipality of Souris-Glenwood (the Municipality) has identified a bridge located on RD129W over the Plum Creek, West of Souris that has structural concerns. The Municipality requires a Contractor to provide professional management services to coordinate and complete a rehabilitation of thisbridge.The delivery of the project requires the Proponent to provide management services throughout all phases of the project. The Proponent shall propose a standard CCDC (Canadian Construction Documents Committee) contract delivery model that provides for the integration of the design and constructionprocess to deliver the project in a way that meets municipal requirements, meets applicable engineering requirements, provides value for the Municipality, and ensures work meets schedule, budget and qualityrequirements.
