Without limiting the provision of the Specifications and Contract, the Scope or Work at this site is as follows:

The Contractor shall supply all materials, and these shall be new materials unless otherwise authorized by the Consultant. A complete job is called for and therefore any labour, equipment, or material not specifically mentioned, but necessary for a complete job, will be considered incidental to the Contract.
