Description : Work shall include the supply and installation of a new bridge culvert over a Tributary to French Creek, located 36 km southeast of Flatbush (SW 16-65-26-W4M). The Contractor shall install two 2.4 m diameter CSP culverts by 25 m invert lengths as per the Drawings and Section 18 of the Standard Specifications for Bridge Construction. The culvert will be located on square to the local road, centred at Stations 5+544.8 and 5+549.2. The Scope of the Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: − Traffic accommodation − Site isolation including turbidity monitoring − Fish capture and release − Salvage of existing bridge materials − Demolition and disposal of bridge structures − Excavation, including geotextile filter fabric − Supply and assembly of culvert materials − Backfill, including backfill material testing − Heavy rock riprap erosion protection − Roadway work − Permanent environmental protection devices
