Description:
The Town of Saugeen Shores is requesting engineering services from qualified respondents to carry out all pre-requisite studies, detailed engineering and working drawings necessary for the municipality to proceed with the tender and award of this construction contract planned within the 2026 Capital Works Program. The successful consultant will also be requested to secure all external approvals required by senior levels of government as well as review the requirements of utilities having jurisdiction within the work area. Subject to budget approval in 2026, the successful consultant will also be required to complete surveying, job layout, on site-inspection, materials testing/quality control, and contract administration throughout the duration of the project. All Consultants shall familiarize themselves with all aspects of the work. Further information regarding the scope of work is contained in “3. Requirements” section.
