REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION for General Contractor Prequalification for the New Breslau Hopewell Elementary School for the Waterloo Region District School Board.Through the prequalification process, the Board is seeking to identify those Proponents who can clearly demonstrate, to the satisfaction of the Board:
a full range of technical and managerial skills, required to deliver a quality service within well-defined parameters of scope, schedule and cost.
an exemplary track record of new construction in a school environment or other environments that have complicated operational parameters.
a comprehensive team with the relevant skills, focus, experience and dedication necessary to deliver a new construction project effectively and efficiently.
Note: General Contractors who have been previously registered and/or are currently performing work for the Boards and/or are currently on the Roster for WRDSB #23-7430-RFPQ for General Contractor Services must respond to this request (submit a proposal) to be considered.
This prequalification is for General Contractors only. (Subcontractors/Trades need not apply)
