Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) - BPM023608

1. This NPP is issued pursuant to the PSPC Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) EN578-232335 /078/SMS

2. Shared Services Canada has a requirement for the purchase of Red Hat Subscription Licenses.

3. Trade Agreements: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

4. There is no security associated with the requirement.

5. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to
