Tender are invited for Bow Basin Infrastructure General Engineering and Professional Services 2022 - 2025
Project Description : The scope of work of the engineering assignments will be prepared by the contract manager or their designate on a task order basis. It will specify the engineering expertise required to perform assignments related to water management infrastructure and operations. Proponents will be selected based on their experience and capacity to provide engineering and professional services within some or all of the following engineering disciplines:Civil/Geotechnical: i.e. geotechnical investigation, analysis, design and construction oversight of earthen embankments, dams, canals, berms, canal banks and dykes, seepage collection and drainage systems, drainage channels, roads, culvert crossings, spillways, low-level outlets, tunnels, etc., geotechnical instrumentation analysis, assessment and evaluation for various manual and automated instrumentation including but not limited to piezometers, inclinometers, extensometers, pressure relief systems, seepage measurement weirs, drains, etc., geotechnical modelling, etc.Structural: i.e. inspection, assessment, and design of concrete, steel and timber structural design related to spillways, drop structures, check structures, siphons, low-level outlets, concrete testing and repair, buildings, bridges, structural steel platforms, catwalks, etc.Hydrotechnical: i.e. hydraulic engineering and fluid dynamics in ope...
