- Work consists of replacement of the existing low pressure steam boiler system including demolition of existing equipment and piping. New work includes two new low pressure steam boilers, new chimneys, new condensate receiver and boiler feed pumps, new DDC steam control valves for the existing steam radiators, new steam traps on radiators, replacement of low-pressure condensate return piping in basement, electrical connections, and BEMS graphics updates to existing Honeywell front end. All work will occur in the E.A. Davies Building located at 1030 Idylwyld Drive North, Saskatoon as per drawings and specifications prepared by MacPherson Engineering Inc.
