Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 202500064 and RFQ 202500066 at Centennial Public School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
.1 202500064 Boiler replacement at Centennial Public School
Scope of project includes demolition of existing boilers, venting, and mechanical room piping. New boiler array complete with venting, primary/secondary pumps and accessories. Integration of new boiler plant into existing BAS system. Electrical work to support mechanical scope. Minor roofing work to suit renovation and final system balancing, commissioning, and start-up.
.2 202500066 Exterior accessibility and paving at Centennial Public School
This project includes the removal of existing asphalt, concrete, and hardscapes to accommodate the construction. The site will undergo regrading on the south, west and east sides of the school. This project includes but is not limited to the removal of existing asphalt, concrete, and granular where specified, the supply and placement of granulars and new asphalt, and landscape reinstatement.Insert 1.1 - Insert invitation to respondents here (second paragraph)
