Description:
LifeLabs on behalf of Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) is currently inviting vendors (defined below) to provide proposals for the supply of certain goods (the “Goods”) as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest organization in Saskatchewan, employing over 40,000 employees and physicians responsible for the delivery of high quality and timely health care for the entire province. SHA is driven by the commitment to improve frontline patient care for Saskatchewan people, and SHA is working together to better coordinate health services across the province to ensure patients receive high quality, timely health care, wherever they live in Saskatchewan. SHA has contracted with LifeLabs as the lead negotiator for materials and equipment services related to Pathology and Laboratory operations. This RFP sets forth the key requirements for the Blood Gas Analyzers and solicits a detailed response from vendors that shall include service, quality, technology enhancements, pricing, and performance commitments. Please note, the current Lab Information System (LIS) vendor for all sites is Soft Computer Consultants (SCC). The analyzers will need to be interfaced with the LIS at individual sites.
