Description:
The Block Study requires the development of a study report that recommends solutions for addressing potential capacity issues within the sanitary sewer and water network. The objective of the effort is to 1) reduce the risk of sanitary sewer back-up, 2) reduce the risk of overflow of raw sewage into the environment, and 3) provide adequate capacity to support anticipated growth. The Preliminary Design involves development of reports that confirm constructability of solutions proposed by Block Study. The objective of the effort is to expedite the construction of the preferred solutions by assessing the constructability of the solutions from various aspects and avoid delays down the road.
