- Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package. Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform. Bidder Questions No later than seven (7) business days before the tendering deadline, requests for information or clarification during the bidding period shall be submitted by e-mail only, to: Chantal Demers POMERLEAU INC. Email: chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca and bid.ottawa@pomerleau.caNo verbal communication will be considered. Site Visit A mandatory site visit has been scheduled on August 7, 2025, at 8:00 EST at the following location: 14 Metcalfe Street. If identified as mandatory, non-attendance will result in bidder disqualification. Please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca before August 5, 2025, at 10:00 EST. Site visit attendees will require construction PPE (hard had, safety glasses, hi-viz vest, safety boots). Additional site visits may be scheduled at Pomerleau's discretion.
