Construction of bituminous pavement, including granular base course, crushed rock, milling of existing bituminous pavement, waste excavation, common excavation, concrete curb & gutter, land drainage system, and culvert installations on Provincial Trunk Highway 11, from Provincial Road 304 to 1.7km west of Provincial Road 304, for a total construction distance of approximately 1.5km, in the Town of Powerview-Pine Falls.

SECTION II - PTH 11 (Intersection Improvements at PR 304) (Project ID No. C07045)
Intersection improvements, including milling of existing bituminous pavement, granular base course (shoulders), shoulder preparation, and bituminous pavement on Provincial Trunk Highway 11 and PR 304, for a total construction distance of approximately 0.5km to the east, in the Town of Powerview-Pine Falls.
