- The Sidhu laboratory is an academic group that studies and develops novel therapeutics using a synthetic biologics platform at the University of Waterloo. We specialize in the modular assembly of antibody-based multivalent synthetic modalities not found in nature, that target human receptors. These drug formats are used for preclinical therapeutic studies. Due to the high-throughput nature of our protein engineering workflow and the combinatorial nature of the agents, we are seeking high-throughput parallel manufacturing services for antibody based biologics and recombinant expression of the target antigens by a CRO with an established pipeline for biologics production.
