Summary Details:
The Corporation of the Township of Langley (Township) is requesting proposals to conduct a bioenergy pre-feasibility study (the study) to evaluate the waste-to-energy opportunities in the Township. This project requires the successful Proponent to assess bioenergy feedstock types and quantities, research best practices and collaboration opportunities with neighboring municipalities and utilities, assess best bioenergy pathways using social, technological, and economic evaluation metrics. The findings of the pre-feasibility study are expected to be utilized in the next phase of this project, which includes conducting customer analysis research for the identified pathways.
