Description : It is SYNERGY NORTH's intention to solicit services for a bill printing and delivery services contractor. SYNERGY NORTH CORPORATION (SNC) currently prints and inserts bills and delinquent notices, as well as combinations of half page and full-page bill inserts at an offsite facility, the same services are also performed for Sioux Lookout Hydro. SNC will send separate files for Thunder Bay and Kenora, but both will use the same SNC bill stock and envelopes. The bills and notices are sorted for incentive letter mail pricing and delivered to the Canada Postal plant, except for bulk groups that are mailed by letter mail. Individual bulk group bills are mailed together in a 8 ½ x 11 sized envelopes with a label. Bulk group coding is updated and maintained by SNC Customer Service Department. Current bills are on pre-printed forms with a colour banner and a Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (“MICR”) line containing bank data on the SNC bill stock. Information is pre-printed on the back of each bill. Envelopes are pre-printed with return address, paid postage stamp and a printed message.
